PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE, REQUESTING OR RECEIVING A REPORT, SUBMITTING INFORMATION TO US, OR OTHERWISE USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE, REPORTS, OR SERVICES.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Get Found By Bots LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Get Found By Bots," "we," "us," or "our"), any Generative Engine Optimization ("GEO") audit reports, recommendations, scorecards, dashboards, app-related deliverables, and other materials we make available to you, and any services that expressly incorporate these Terms. You may use the website, reports, materials, and services only if you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the person or entity on whose behalf you use them.
1. Services
Get Found By Bots provides GEO auditing, digital-presence management, structured data and profile optimization, AI search-visibility monitoring, and related consulting services for small and medium businesses. Our services are informational and strategic marketing-support services; they are not legal, compliance, medical, financial, tax, advertising-clearance, or professional-responsibility advice.
2. Relationship to Other Agreements
Paid engagements are governed by a Master Service Agreement ("MSA"), Statement of Work ("SOW"), order form, checkout flow, invoice, or other written agreement accepted by Get Found By Bots. Those documents control over these Terms for matters they address, including fees, subscription or renewal terms, cancellation rights, deliverables, and project-specific responsibilities. If any paid service includes an automatic renewal, recurring charge, minimum term, cancellation deadline, or free-to-paid conversion, those terms will be stated in the applicable MSA, SOW, order form, checkout flow, invoice, or other written agreement. These Terms govern your general use of our website, reports, materials, and services to the extent the applicable MSA, SOW, order form, or other written agreement does not expressly address the issue.
4. Audit Reports
GEO Audit reports are prepared as of the date shown and reflect inferred presence based on publicly available search data, third-party search results, platform behavior, and available client information at that time. Reports are not real-time, are not exhaustive, and do not constitute a guarantee of current or future platform status, rankings, recommendations, traffic, lead volume, revenue, or competitive position. Presence is inferred from search results and is noted as such throughout each report. The Surfaceability Score is a proprietary, point-in-time metric that measures readiness, including configuration and presence factors within your control, not share of voice, and it does not measure or guarantee how often AI engines will name you relative to competitors. The Score may vary between audits and across engines, model tiers, locations, prompts, devices, accounts, languages, personalization settings, and platform updates.
3. Client Materials and Permissions
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and suitability of all business information, website content, listings, profiles, credentials, images, trademarks, logos, testimonials, reviews, advertising claims, professional credentials, regulated-service descriptions, and other materials you provide or authorize us to access or use ("Client Materials"). You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for us to use Client Materials to provide the services, prepare reports, and make recommendations. You grant Get Found By Bots a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, format, analyze, transmit, and display Client Materials as needed to provide the services, prepare reports, improve our internal methods, and protect our rights, subject to any confidentiality obligations in an applicable MSA or NDA.
5. No Guarantee; Third-Party Platforms
AI search-engine recommendations are determined by third-party platforms, including Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Apple, Microsoft, and other search, AI, directory, mapping, review, and app-store platforms, whose rules, algorithms, ranking factors, indexing practices, data sources, interfaces, model behavior, APIs, and policies may change without notice. Get Found By Bots does not control those platforms, your competitors, public data sources, customer reviews, user prompts, model outputs, indexing schedules, re-crawling intervals, moderation decisions, app-store review decisions, or whether third parties accept, display, remove, or rely on any content or submission. Get Found By Bots does not guarantee that any client will appear in any AI-generated result, be recommended by any platform, achieve any ranking, obtain any app-store approval, receive any volume of traffic, leads, calls, patients, clients, customers, revenue, conversions, or business outcome, or be named favorably or more often than competitors. Improvements also take time: after we perform the work, third-party platforms must re-crawl and index changes, profile updates must propagate, and AI engines refresh on their own schedules, so results may lag the work and the timing is outside our control.
6. Reviews, Forums, Testimonials, and Public Posts
You are solely responsible for any reviews, testimonials, endorsements, forum posts, social media posts, directory submissions, profile responses, client or patient communications, and other public or private communications that you author, approve, publish, request, solicit, or submit. Get Found By Bots may provide general education, monitoring, prompts for internal consideration, issue-spotting, and operational recommendations, but we do not author reviews on behalf of customers, impersonate customers, script fake reviews, provide copy-paste testimonials, suppress negative reviews, selectively forward only favorable reviews, review-gate, offer improper incentives, or instruct you to publish content that is false, misleading, deceptive, non-substantiated, confidential, or noncompliant. You are responsible for determining whether any review, testimonial, endorsement, response, or public statement requires disclosure, consent, substantiation, client or patient authorization, professional review, or other approval before use.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, reports, materials, tools, scoring systems, or services, including by: (a) copying, republishing, selling, sublicensing, or distributing reports except as expressly permitted in writing; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, data, reports, tools, or scoring logic; (c) scraping, data-mining, benchmarking, training models on, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive our tools, prompts, methodologies, formulas, workflows, or scoring systems; (d) uploading or transmitting malware, harmful code, automated queries, or excessive requests; (e) using the website, reports, materials, or services to create, solicit, buy, sell, suppress, manipulate, or misrepresent reviews, testimonials, endorsements, rankings, or search results; (f) submitting false, misleading, confidential, infringing, regulated, or unlawfully obtained information; (g) using the website, reports, materials, or services to violate any platform terms, professional rule, advertising rule, privacy right, publicity right, intellectual property right, or other law; or (h) interfering with the security, availability, integrity, or normal operation of the website, reports, tools, or services.
8. Confidentiality of Reports
GEO Audit reports are prepared for the named client only and are confidential. Reports may be used only for the named client's internal business purposes and may not be shared, published, posted, quoted, excerpted, sold, sublicensed, distributed, or disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of Get Found By Bots, except to the client's attorneys, accountants, employees, contractors, or professional advisers who have a need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these Terms. You are responsible for any unauthorized use or disclosure of a report by anyone who receives it from you or on your behalf.
9. Regulated and Professional Services Clients
Clients in regulated professions, licensed trades, healthcare, legal services, financial services, tax services, addiction treatment, elective medical services, home services, and other regulated or high-sensitivity categories are solely responsible for ensuring that all marketing activities, claims, profiles, reviews, testimonials, endorsements, directory listings, public responses, intake materials, and business practices comply with the rules that govern their field, including any applicable advertising, solicitation, professional-conduct, confidentiality, privilege, testimonial, patient-privacy, client-privacy, licensing, and substantiation rules. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any recommendation before implementation and for obtaining any required consents, disclaimers, disclosures, professional approvals, or legal review. Get Found By Bots does not provide legal or compliance advice, and our review or recommendation does not mean that your use of any content, claim, profile, review, testimonial, or marketing practice is lawful or professionally permissible.
10. Intellectual Property; Feedback
Get Found By Bots retains all right, title, and interest in and to its audit methodology, scoring systems (including the Surfaceability Score), formulas, prompts, workflows, processes, know-how, templates, reports, report formats, tools, software, dashboards, frameworks, documentation, training materials, recommendations, and pre-existing materials. Subject to full payment and the applicable MSA and SOW, work product created specifically for a client, such as approved schema, profiles, and llms.txt files, becomes client property only to the extent expressly stated in the applicable MSA or SOW. You may provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other input about the website, reports, materials, or services, and Get Found By Bots may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
12. App Store and Third-Party Deliverables
If an applicable MSA, SOW, or order form includes an app, listing, profile, directory submission, platform submission, schema deployment, llms.txt file, or other third-party-dependent deliverable, Get Found By Bots' obligation is limited to the work expressly described in that document. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Get Found By Bots does not guarantee third-party acceptance, approval, publication, ranking, indexing, continued availability, moderation outcome, app-store placement, platform compatibility, timing, or ongoing maintenance. Any resubmission, appeal, platform change, rejection response, update, maintenance, or additional work is outside the scope unless expressly included in the applicable MSA, SOW, or order form.
11. Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the website and services are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, reports, materials, or services, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy and in any applicable MSA, SOW, order form, data-processing terms, or written instructions accepted by Get Found By Bots. You are responsible for providing legally sufficient notices, obtaining required consents, and having the rights needed before providing us with any personal information, customer information, patient information, client information, review information, analytics data, account credentials, or third-party platform data.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, REPORTS, MATERIALS, RECOMMENDATIONS, SCORES, TOOLS, DELIVERABLES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, PLATFORM ACCEPTANCE, INDEXING, RANKING, OR RESULTS. GET FOUND BY BOTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE, REPORTS, MATERIALS, TOOLS, DELIVERABLES, OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, CURRENT, COMPLETE, SECURE, FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR ACCEPTED, DISPLAYED, INDEXED, USED, OR RELIED ON BY ANY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET FOUND BY BOTS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, REPORTS, MATERIALS, RECOMMENDATIONS, SCORES, TOOLS, DELIVERABLES, OR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID TO US BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET FOUND BY BOTS IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST BUSINESS, LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, LOST LEADS, LOST CUSTOMERS, LOST PATIENTS, LOST CLIENTS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, REPUTATIONAL HARM, PLATFORM REMOVAL, RANKING CHANGES, SEARCH-VISIBILITY CHANGES, DATA LOSS, SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS AND THEORIES OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, AND EQUITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY, RIGHTS, OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Get Found By Bots and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, investigations, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) Client Materials or other content, information, claims, reviews, testimonials, endorsements, credentials, profiles, listings, data, or instructions you provide, approve, publish, or authorize; (c) your website, business, products, services, advertising, marketing, professional services, or regulated activities; (d) your violation of any law, regulation, platform term, professional rule, advertising rule, confidentiality duty, privacy right, publicity right, intellectual property right, or third-party right; (e) any allegation that a public review, testimonial, endorsement, profile, forum post, or other communication reveals confidential, privileged, patient, client, customer, or regulated information; or (f) your negligence, willful misconduct, or misuse of the website, reports, materials, tools, deliverables, or services.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, reports, materials, tools, or services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created legal or regulatory risk, failed to pay amounts when due, submitted inaccurate or improper information, misused a report or tool, violated a third-party platform term, or used the website, reports, materials, tools, or services in a manner that may harm Get Found By Bots, another user, a third party, or the integrity of the services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, venue, and payment obligations.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website or otherwise making it available. The "Last Updated / Effective Date" above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on our website or otherwise communicated when required by law or an applicable written agreement. Your continued use of the website, reports, materials, tools, or services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If an applicable MSA, SOW, order form, or written agreement requires separate notice or consent for changes to paid services, that document controls for those paid services.
18. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any contrary dispute-resolution provision in an applicable MSA, SOW, order form, or other written agreement accepted by Get Found By Bots, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, reports, materials, tools, deliverables, or services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in New Jersey, unless the parties agree to a remote proceeding or another mutually convenient location. The arbitrator may award any relief available in court on an individual basis, and may allocate arbitration fees, administrative fees, arbitrator compensation, attorneys' fees, and costs as the arbitrator determines appropriate or as required by applicable law. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may seek temporary, preliminary, or emergency injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction, including to protect confidential information, intellectual property, reports, tools, systems, data, accounts, or service integrity, without waiving the right to arbitration. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND GET FOUND BY BOTS EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE ACTION. Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, reports, materials, tools, deliverables, or services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim accrues, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right to report concerns to a governmental agency or law enforcement authority.
19. Accounts, Credentials, and Platform Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any account credentials, passwords, tokens, authentication methods, platform permissions, administrator access, analytics accounts, directory accounts, app-store accounts, search-console accounts, advertising accounts, hosting accounts, CMS accounts, or other access you provide or authorize us to use. You represent that you have authority to grant that access and that our use of that access as instructed by you will not violate any third-party agreement, platform term, law, professional rule, privacy obligation, or confidentiality duty. You are responsible for all activity occurring through your accounts and for promptly revoking or changing access when appropriate. Get Found By Bots is not responsible for delays, errors, failed submissions, account lockouts, loss of access, platform restrictions, or incomplete work caused by inaccurate credentials, insufficient permissions, multi-factor authentication issues, platform limitations, your revocation of access, or your failure to provide timely cooperation.
20. Customer Cooperation; Implementation Responsibility
You are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete information, access, credentials, approvals, feedback, cooperation, and instructions reasonably needed for Get Found By Bots to perform the services. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, prioritizing, implementing, and maintaining any recommendation, output, deliverable, profile change, schema, app submission, directory submission, review response, forum response, prompt, or other work product before publication or use. Get Found By Bots is not responsible for delays, errors, rejections, lost opportunities, ranking changes, visibility changes, compliance issues, or other consequences caused by incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, modified, rejected, or partially implemented client information, approvals, instructions, or implementation decisions.
21. Payments, Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation
Fees, payment schedules, taxes, billing terms, minimum commitments, renewal terms, cancellation rights, refund rights, and payment methods are governed by the applicable MSA, SOW, order form, checkout flow, invoice, or other written agreement accepted by Get Found By Bots. Unless that document states otherwise, fees are due when invoiced or charged, are non-refundable once paid, and are exclusive of taxes, payment-processing fees, chargeback fees, bank fees, and third-party platform fees. You authorize Get Found By Bots and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for amounts due. If a payment fails, is disputed, is reversed, or remains unpaid when due, we may suspend or limit access to the website, reports, materials, tools, deliverables, or services until payment is received. If a service renews automatically or is billed on a recurring basis, the renewal period, recurring charge, cancellation deadline, cancellation method, and any free-to-paid conversion terms will be disclosed in the applicable MSA, SOW, order form, checkout flow, invoice, or other written agreement.
22. User Content, Submissions, and Copyright Complaints
You are responsible for any content, files, data, messages, instructions, comments, feedback, forms, uploads, images, marks, links, materials, or other information you submit through the website or services, including ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide them. You may not submit content that is unlawful, false, misleading, confidential without authorization, defamatory, obscene, harassing, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise harmful. We may remove, reject, disable access to, or decline to use any submission in our discretion.
If you believe material on our website infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to the contact listed below that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
23. Third-Party Links, Tools, APIs, and Integrations
The website, reports, materials, tools, deliverables, and services may reference, link to, access, rely on, or interoperate with third-party websites, platforms, directories, analytics providers, search engines, AI systems, model providers, hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, plug-ins, app stores, review platforms, mapping platforms, advertising platforms, data sources, and other third-party products or services. Get Found By Bots does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, decisions, security, privacy practices, terms, fees, outages, errors, data, rankings, moderation, indexing, crawling, approvals, removals, or changes. Your use of third-party platforms and tools is subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them.
24. AI-Assisted Outputs and Client Review
The website, reports, materials, recommendations, prompts, summaries, scores, audits, dashboards, deliverables, and services may use or include AI-assisted, automated, inferred, probabilistic, or third-party-generated outputs. Those outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, inconsistent across platforms, or affected by prompt wording, personalization, model behavior, location, account status, device, language, available data, or platform changes. You are responsible for independently reviewing, validating, approving, and deciding whether to use or implement any output, recommendation, draft, claim, prompt, schema, profile update, app submission, directory submission, forum response, review response, testimonial-related material, or other deliverable before publication or use.
25. Trademarks, Publicity, and Brand Use
Get Found By Bots' names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, product names, report names, score names, badges, screenshots, report excerpts, templates, and other brand assets may not be used, copied, modified, displayed, published, or distributed without our prior written consent. You may not state or imply that Get Found By Bots endorses, certifies, guarantees, ranks, approves, sponsors, or is affiliated with you unless we expressly agree in writing. You may not publish scores, reports, excerpts, screenshots, benchmarks, comparisons, or references to Get Found By Bots' methodology in marketing, sales materials, investor materials, public statements, litigation, regulatory filings, or competitive materials without our prior written consent.
26. Availability, Modifications, and Force Majeure
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, replace, or remove any website feature, report format, score, dashboard, tool, methodology, template, deliverable, or service at any time, with or without notice, unless an applicable MSA, SOW, order form, or other written agreement expressly states otherwise. Get Found By Bots is not liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including third-party platform changes, search-engine changes, AI-model changes, API limitations, app-store decisions, hosting or network outages, payment-processor issues, cyber incidents, labor disruptions, acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, legal or regulatory changes, or failures by you or third parties to provide timely access, information, approvals, or cooperation.
27. Beta and Experimental Features
We may offer beta, pilot, preview, experimental, trial, or early-access features, tools, dashboards, scores, reports, workflows, app functionality, prompts, models, integrations, or other materials. Those features are provided for evaluation only, may be modified or discontinued at any time, may contain errors or incomplete functionality, and may not be suitable for production, client-facing, regulatory, advertising, or professional-services use. Get Found By Bots has no obligation to release any beta or experimental feature generally or to maintain, support, or update any beta or experimental feature unless expressly agreed in writing.
28. Children, Export Controls, and Sanctions
The website, reports, materials, tools, deliverables, and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. You may not submit personal information about children unless expressly authorized in writing by Get Found By Bots and permitted by applicable law. You may not use the website, reports, materials, tools, deliverables, or services if you are located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list. You are responsible for complying with applicable export-control, sanctions, and trade laws.
29. Notices, Assignment, and Miscellaneous
We may provide notices by posting on the website, sending email to the address associated with your account or engagement, including notice in an invoice or order document, or using any other reasonable method. You consent to receive service, billing, renewal, cancellation, account, support, security, legal, and transactional communications electronically, including by email, website notice, account notice, invoice notice, checkout notice, or other electronic method. Electronic communications satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing to the fullest extent permitted by law. Notices to Get Found By Bots must be sent to the contact information listed below unless we provide a different notice address in an applicable MSA, SOW, order form, or written agreement.
The parties are independent contractors. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, employment relationship, agency relationship, attorney-client relationship, medical-provider relationship, financial-adviser relationship, or other professional-client relationship between you and Get Found By Bots. Get Found By Bots has no authority to bind you, make legal or compliance decisions for you, approve advertising or professional conduct on your behalf, submit content on your behalf except as expressly authorized, or act as your agent except to the limited extent expressly stated in an applicable MSA, SOW, order form, or other written agreement accepted by Get Found By Bots.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. Get Found By Bots may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of equity, sale of assets, change of control, corporate restructuring, or transfer of the website, services, or business.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
